Next Match March 10

Save the date lady arm wrestling fans. D/CLAW's next match is scheduled for March 10 at the Capitol Hill American Legion.
We're still drawing up a roster for the event, but expect a few crowd favorites as well as new ladies ready to make their arm wrestling debuts.

Next match December 3

Your next chance to catch the DC Lady Arm Wrestlers in action is fast approaching.
Come out December 3 as eight lovely ladies arm wrestle to the death (okay.... maybe not to the death) to benefit The American Legion.

American Legion Post 8 has partnered with DCLAW from the very beginning in order to help us get this league up and running by providing a venue for events and countless hours of help. This time, we're helping them out. All proceeds from the Dec. 3 match will go towards renovations the Legion needs to make in order to make all of Post 8 accessible to disabled veterans and guests.
So come on out and bet what you've got as eight amazing wrestlers duke it out for the honor of the Golden Bicep.

Look at those guns! And that was just our first match. Imagine the gun show you're in for at the fourth bout, after we've had more than a year in training.

Fourth Bout is June 11!

The Ladies of DCLAW are proud to present our fourth throw down on Saturday June 11.
Shake hands with our previous champions (if you dare) and meet our fresh meat! The ladies arm wrestling this time around are: Princess "Lay-Ya" Down, Scarlett O'Scara, Top Guns, Aussie Osbourne, Sideshow Sally Strongarm, Bocce Balboa, Rainbow Blight and Black and Deck Her.

And because we sponsor a new charity each bout, the non-profit that will receive all proceeds from this event is N Street Village. The organization helps women achieve personal stability and make gains in their housing, income, employment, mental health, physical health, and addiction recovery.

The Deets:

WHEN: Saturday, June 11th at 7:30 pm

WHERE: American Legion Post 8 on Capitol Hill—conveniently located a few blocks from Capitol South metro stop at 224 D Street, SE.

WHY: It’s hilarious, and you can feel good about raising money for charity! Plus the drinks are strong and cheap at the Legion!

HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST ME: Tickets $5 at the door! Plus everyone is encouraged to bet on their favorite wrestler each round. The individual who bets the highest amount on the winning wrestler wins a prize that round. All the betting money goes to charity.
